About
Kayleigh Sofia ✨Board Certified Haircolorist & Stylist✨ Welcome to Kayleigh Sofia Hair! My passion for hair artistry has grown over 17+ years into a dedicated craft centered on creativity, precision, and continuous learning. As a Board Certified Haircolorist, I specialize in advanced color correction, lived-in blonding, precision highlighting, custom extension installations, and modern texture. Every color service in my chair is treated with the highest care, incorporating bond-building technology, custom toners, and deeply nourishing, vitamin-rich treatments designed to protect and elevate your hair health. In my private salon studio, you can expect an elevated, relaxed experience where honesty, authenticity, and cosmetic science come together. Whether we are planning a major color transformation, installing seamless extensions, or mastering your at-home styling routine, my goal is to create beautiful, low-maintenance hair that reflects your confidence and true self. ✨ A Note on My Studio Space ✨ My studio is a proud safe, welcoming, and gender-affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community. I understand how deeply hair connects to identity and self-expression, and I am honored to offer personalized, affirming cuts and styles that help you step into your true confidence. 🏳️🌈✨ I am also committed to being neurodivergent-affirming, honoring the unique sensory and comfort needs of every guest. If you ever need specific accommodations, quiet appointment options, or tailored adjustments for your visit, please reach out via text or email prior to your appointment. I am more than happy to customize your studio experience. I can’t wait to welcome you to my chair and partner with you on your hair journey! xo Stay beautiful, Kayleigh Sofia ✨

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I understand schedule shifts are sometimes unavoidable! I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so I have the opportunity to fill the time slot. Deposits: All booking deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (or no-shows) will forfeit the deposit to cover the reserved studio time. Running Late: If you anticipate running 10+ minutes late, please text me right away at 304-627-0368. To ensure every guest receives a full, unhurried experience, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require adjustments to your service or need to be rescheduled.
